Looks like a network issue. You may need to look at your router to verify it is working properly, not something I can help with. You may need to reset the network settings on the iPad to ensure it is not causing the problems.
Ok I downloaded it.. but i already deleted my youtube app. Im using youtube on Google Chrome app rather than Safari, because on Safari you can not edit or delete your comments on youtube videos, but with Google Chrome at least i have the delete option.
im gonna wait until im sure the other apps don’t fail for awhile. Give it a month, then after about a month if everything goes smoothly ill dowmload the Youtube app again.
