You gave me the wrong tracking number! I am in Canada. I called USPS and they told me that this is a domestic US shipment! I want to speak to your supervisor right now! If you don't reply to me then I will file a claim with Better Business Buero and maybe PayPal!

First off, when you go to their website, which I'm guessing you purchased from, they list
Currently available for U.S Residents Only.
For European orders Click here.

Next, you could have stated something like this,

You gave me the wrong tracking number, it is being delivered to a US address when I live in Canada. Can I get this fixed?

They probably would have said "we do not ship to Canada, we'll give you a refund" or something similar, but you went and mouthed off like an internet r-tard and they just ignore you. Congradulations

It ceases to amaze me that people think they can get what they want with demands and throwing tantrums. I have worked in many customer service jobs and when people make demands and start yelling, willingness to help drops to zero. When people calmly explain the issue and are polite, you usually go out of your way to rectify the problem.

You may have already burned your bridge, but you may want to call and apologize for how you responded and see if they will help you out.

I remember one time when I was working at Circuit City some lady came up throwing the biggest fit and screaming about our warrenty on an iPod she bought 3 years ago and wanted to return, saying Costco had a better warrenty. Manager walked up, said get the fk out and go to Costco then and had the police escort her out.

i ordered the switcheasy case for my iphone and had a similar problem.

the receipt i received, had a number that looked like a tracking number when infact it was just a transaction number. a few days later, i received an email telling me that the case was finally shipped and that email had the tracking number. i think from order date to received date was about 10 days, but i ordered it late friday so weekend days probably added to the delay.

the case is awesome, i do wish that the protective screen stickers were more like the Zagg stickers. be sure you are in the most dust free environment you can possibly get in when you are applying the sticker, otherwise you will get bubbles! i eventually caved and got the zagg screen protector.

There should be a tracking number in that e-mail, further down, and it's for USPS not UPS. If you ordered on a friday, it wouldn't be processed until monday, and shipped later that day, and depending on where you live, they ship from California, and if you add in government snail mail, you get it then.

There's a big difference between the Zagg skins and the plastic screen protectors.

what SHOULD happen is not what ACTUALLY happened. with my initial order, i paid with my paypal account and received the order confirmation email. in that order confirmation email there was a number that looked like a tracking number but it was not. it was some sort of a paypal or switcheasy receipt number. when the case was shipped a few days after i placed my order, another email was sent to me with the proper tracking number

i ordered friday 2/27. i did not expect it to ship until monday 3/2. i sent switcheasy an email wednesday 3/4 asking what's going on with the tracking number. thursday 3/5 i got my shipped email with the tracking number. i think i finally received the case on the following monday 3/9. i live in NY, i expected it to take a few days but i still think it took too long. either way, i got it and i am happy with it.

They can't give you a tracking number until they ship it. The e-mail you got directly after the purchase was of course the receipt number. Shipping wouldn't happen until that monday, and I guess they were just slow in the e-mail, but USPS is pretty slow anyway.
From monday to monday sounds about right from California to New York via USPS.
I get mine in 2-3 days and I live in Washington

Why can't read so much people? If an company only ship in USA, why order people from Canada and be angry when they don't receive anything?

Same people who go to a website unrelated to SwitchEasy to make an account and flame them for being stupid.
I'm losing faith in a majority of people in the world, approach them as they know absolutely nothing and work from there.
After working retail you realize how bad some people are (I guess smart people order online)
I guess it's not a positive spin on things, but people are pretty bad
