Splitting album?

Imported an album to itunes & it shows up in my itunes file as a complete album but when viewed in itunes with artwork or cover flow it has seperated some tracks, why?
& how to fix this?

Some of the "album-wide" tags that should be all the same are not. Double check that:
-Album Name is same for all songs (no spaces at the end)
-Disc A of B have the same values for all songs (or all blank)
-Track X of Y - make sure Y is the same value for all songs
-Compilation Flag - same for all
-Album Artist - same for all, or blank
