Here's the situation. I have an Iphone 8 and an Apple Watch 6. When I tried to sync the devices to my laptop and Itunes to transfer my music, some of the songs did not transfer correctly. When played, they either stop after a minute or so or else the next song starts playing before the one I am listening to is finished. I have talked to Apple support about this but that didn't solve the problem. I have manually synced the phone several times - same result. The songs are in my Itunes library on my laptop and play fine there but in the Iphone library the titles are faded and I cannot get them to play. What is going on and how do I fix it? I can't even delete the current library in the phone and re-sync it fresh.
