I am an expert user (usually an early adopter), but only just got my first iPod--hence some wishlist ideas.
I have encoded my large CD collection on my Mac, and can easily fill the 30 gig of the iPod. I am using smart playlists to do so. I download all my 4 or 5 star music (around 22 gig and increasing as I rip my CDs), and have a second playlist for around 6 gig of 3 star music that is least played so as to cycle them.
Since I am continuing to rip my CDs in alphabetical order, the 22 gig of must-have 4 or 5 stars is growing and I must manually decrease the 6 gig of 3 star music.
Wouldn't it be good for the size limit of the 3 star to be automatically calculated? Or how about a meta-smart playlist that in one place allows me to select all of the 4 or 5 star playlist and a balance from the 3 star playlist?
