sideloading in the EU? change iphone location

If i change my iphones location to the EU can i sideload apps?

No. The side-loading is limited to those with Apple IDs that are tied to EU financial institutions, plus additional data that limits the capability for actual EU citizens. Location is not applicable as EU citizens can travel outside of the EU and they can use the feature where they are.

Ok i thought it was tied to location if I went to the EU.i was wondering how fortnite on iOS worked in the EU.
