Greetings. When the Classic was discontinued, I bought two on Amazon. The one I've been running for years syncs fine. I just unboxed the second. Apple Music sees the device. It invites me to set-up in Finder and then Software: "Loading......" ... I get nowhere after that. (EG: "Apply" does not work) I assume with the new high capacity Touch, I'm hosed and that Apple has stopped support. Is there a work around? Many thanks.

See the second response on how they get their classic to sync.

It looks like closing Music and connecting when only Finder is active is the key.

I can try with an iPod Color and a Mac tomorrow if you have troubles with the tips they posted.
