Greetings. When the Classic was discontinued, I bought two on Amazon. The one I've been running for years syncs fine. I just unboxed the second. Apple Music sees the device. It invites me to set-up in Finder and then Software: "Loading......" ... I get nowhere after that. (EG: "Apply" does not work) I assume with the new high capacity Touch, I'm hosed and that Apple has stopped support. Is there a work around? Many thanks.
