There are a couple of VNC solutions for the iPod Touch/iPhone. These will very likely work on the iPad, and will hopefully be updated to take advantage of the iPad's resolution. But at the moment there are no iPad-specific applications available because there are no iPad's available. I expect that will change quickly as soon as developers get an iPad of their own.
