I purchased most of the Saturay Night Live videos tonight, and all downloaded without a problem. They all copied over to my 60GB 5th Gen iPod, except for "The Best of Gilda Radner". I get an error that "Some videos were not copied, including "The Best of Gilda Radner" because this file cannot be played on this iPod" (Or something to this effect).
The video won't transfer.... i can play the video in iTunes for windows, but it will not transfer to my iPod. Has anyone else had a problem with this file?
Any way to FORCE it onto the iPod? Manually dragging it over wouldn't work either.
Since I SPECIFICALLY bought these videos to watch on the iPod, I asked for a refund (11.99!)
I wonder why an iTunes store created video is not in good format for the iPod?
By the way... I currently have 4 music videos and 98 TV shows on the iPod that all transfered over and play fine on my iPod, so I consider this a problem with the iTMS since this is where I got the problem file from.
