Problem syncing Shuffle :(

I have a 2G 1 gig Shuffle. I have it set to autofill from a Playlist. When it gets to the end, it gives me an error message of "The iPod 'name' cannot be synced. The required folder cannot be found" and the Shuffle disconnects.

Help?

Nevermind it seems I filled it too much Worked the third time by lowering the smart playlist from 960 to 950.
