Well, I've got quite a lot. If I were to paste it in here, it would be way too long and without the column structure it would be unreadable ... you can get it as a very quick download as I've attached it in PDF format ... no password or anything.
My copy is a Excel file sorted by Media Type > Disc Title > Media Title
You can just ignore the source / quality column ... the quality rating is fairly accurate, but I won't comment on the accuracy of the "sources"
Obviously, this list started out as a way for me to keep track of where my iPod library was, i.e. what multi-disc DVDR set the file I'm looking for is included in. I use Roxio EMC10 Creator Classic to burn these to DVD and I would recommend it for anyone looking to make backups of their iPod library. The multi-disc projects burned by Roxio all include the tiny executable files and total project list on each DVD in the project so that even if you don't have Roxio installed, you can load any one of the discs and it automatically pops up to allow you to select which file(s) you want to copy from the DVDR. It even prompts you to switch to a different DVD in the set and pops open the drive for you to insert it when you need to switch discs ... great program!
Anyway, enjoy the massive list ... I think it's like thirty-seven and a half pages now ... lol!
