I prefer not to by "renewed" phones, especially from "partners" of Amazon. I would spend the extra to get a new one from Apple. This would get you a 1 year warranty.
There are lots of Amazon "partners" that sell questionable items (knockoff Apple cables that don't work for syncing, knockoff Airpods that are not, knockoff ear buds that don't work, etc.) so I would have a hard time trusting that this $499 device is an iPhone, let alone an iPhone 11 and not an X or another similar sized phone. The warranty is short, and if they choose a slow shipping method, they can burn that warranty down even shorter. If they send you one with someone else's Apple ID in it, you can't restore the phone and some upgrades may lock you out of it.
If you trust this seller, have done successful business with them before or know someone that has, then it may be OK to get the renewed phone. Verify there is a return policy, check the reviews for successful returns, and try everything you can with the phone the first day you get it. Initialize, backup, restore, Bluetooth, WiFi, Data connections, iCloud, App Store....
