My iPod doesnt turn on

well whenever i dont use my iPod for like a full day i try to turn it on and it will not in any way. It only turns on when i attach it to an external power source (computer, ac adapter) and when it turns on the apple logo comes on, it doesnt just come out of its usual deep sleep, does anyone else have this problem and if so is this just a bug, should i try to get a new iPod???

i think if i just do a reset whenever this happens ill be fine, though it will be annoying hopefully a firware update might fix it

I have the same problem, and I reset it like you mentioned. Yes, it is very annoying. Its like you want it right away, then you have to reset it. Maybe firmware update can fix it.
