I just converted a movie using Videora iPod converter and I followed everything in thier guide. The movie works in itunes but when I try to transfer it to my iPod I get a message saying the movie was not copied onto the iPod because it cannot play the movie. How do I fix this?

Sorry, I can't help you anymore. I don't use Videora but am just relaying the information I've been hearing all day. I do use 3GP if you want me to help you with that program though.

Well, I reconverted it to SP and got it into my iPod. And the video looks great. Does anyone know how much battery life the iPod will have when playing the movie? The movie is 1 hour 27 minutes long. Playback is 2 hours but when using converted movies it is supposed to be lower.

Hey Bonk, which setting did you choose on SP? I tried to do one at SP 768kps & that one looks excellent. I did one at SP 216kps and that quality was awful with fuzzy video. I couldn't get them onto the ipod though even though it plays on itunes.

There's so many places to change your "sp kps" setting. Where do you really have to select the changes? Thanks!

I used SP/320x240/768kbps Stereo/128kbps. I set it to that in Settings, Profile, Profile Picker.

And the hard part is, when it is done converting, if you go to iTunes and try to import it, you can't. (At least I couldn't) So you have to search for the file and right-click then do "Open with iTunes.

Oh, I have no problems putting files into itunes at all...it's getting the file to work on the ipod (when it works on itunes) that has me slamming my head on the computer....will try converting again tonight.
