Honestly, I don't know how these folks are still in business.

I placed an order for the Sportband, and never received them. After emailing the company, they sent me a tracking number several days later that showed the item had been returned to them in Utah. WTF?

So, I called. Some kid named Marcos told me that it was all my fault, because I had not filled in the zip code correctly. (Funny how any website would allow that to happen in this day and age). So, my headset sat in Utah. He told me that I'd have to pay for shipping AGAIN, since it was my fault.

I was amazed. Here, I was spending $200 dollars with them, and they were arguing over $11.

3 days later, he sent me an email, telling me the issue had not been resolved, since it was my "fault". I called him up, and asked for a refund. And yes I'm out the $11 shipping for an item I never saw.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They have no interest in working with a customer, or providing anything that resembles service.
