Itunes has 'missed' 126 songs :S

Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. OK itunes says 630 songs and ipod says 504 songs :S

I have no idea why as those missed songs play fine in itunes but have not transfered to ipod (4TH G 20GB). as all have been converted (where needed)

Also how would I find out what songs havent transfered??? as i disconnected and connected and it didnt automatically update :S and it wont show up the ipod thing when i connect again :S

Im using itunes 4.7.1.30 and windows XP. all drivers are up to date as well.

Where did you get the songs from - CD or downloads? Were they imported into iTunes or transfered into the library and how? What type of songs are they .mp3, .wav, etc. (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93867) also see this document from Apple.c
