i have a iphone 10 and has a cracked screen. i plugged my phone into the usb port and all of a sudden it started to try to enter passwords. now my phone is locked and i cannot get it . the screen says iphone is disabbled, connect to itunes.

i connect to itunes and nothing happens. im trying to either get the phone on and get my pictures or if i have to i will do a factory reset. how can i get it it to connect to itunes and be able to access the phone

You MUST restore your iPhone (and restore from a previous backup, if available) in the state where "iPhone is Disabled, connect to iTunes" is shown.
There is NO WAY to get your data (since the backup) off of the phone in this state.

If you don't have a previous backup, then it will revert to factory settings.

This is the downside of security of the iPhone. We lost 2 months of photos to this. There is no work around.
