So, yesterday while I was at work, my iPod broke. The hard disk has failed. The hard disk started making a clicking noise, and the menu was stuck. So, since I am still in the 4-year PSP I have returned it to Best Buy. Now what Best Buy does is send your iPod to their service center. Then the service center takes the iPod and attempts to repair it. If it determines that the iPod will cost to much to repair it will then give you a new one, or a gift card.
This is how the PSP works, it looks like this will be my fourth iPod under the PSP for my original 2nd generation. I hope I get a new one. The one I did have showed a lot of static that my e2c's showed. I will keep the thread updated so everyone can see what happens.
