I am doubting you can get one internally. The problem will be power for the most part, but if you want to experiment, post your results.
The easiest way is to get a headphone jack bluetooth transmitter device. I see dozens available. As a recommendation, I can't really say as I have not bothered with this solution. But I see Anker in the list and they are well respected (except for their Eufy camera products).
