I want to select about 100 photos now on my iPhone and then delete them all. I want any back to these selected photos that I may have on iClouds to these photos to be removed as well.

I envision doing that by:
Going to the Photos app on my iPhone screen
Selecting the photos to be deleted
Calling for those selected photos to be deleted

Will those steps accomplish what I want?

Sounds simple, but I lack any experience and want to be sure. I appreciate your help. ...... wdc202

If these photos are in your Recents AND you had My Photo Stream enabled when you took the 100 photos, and My Photo Stream is still enabled, then your process will work exactly how you described.

Now if you had taken some of these photos without My Photo Stream enabled, these are not in iCloud My Photo Stream album. No worries.
If you shared these photos to a Shared Album, you will need to visit each Shared Album and select and delete them manually. They are not linked between Recents and Shared Albums. This is good because I have used Shared Albums to move photos from a smaller phone to a larger iPad.

That's good to know! Thank you!
