How do you change window's media to itunes or real player?

GO TO ADMIN PANEL > ADD-ONS AND INSTALL VERTIFORO SIDEBAR TO SEE FORUMS AND SIDEBAR

i'm trying to get a video into my itunes, but the video format is in windows media. i have no idea how to change it to go into itunes. i know how to convert to mpeg, but i can't change windows media into something else.
