How do I rename smart playlist?

I am new to all of this. I created my first smart playlist, but in the far left column it is called untitled playlist, and I want to name it "Favorites updated" How do I do this, because I cannot, for the life of me, figure it out. Mac software can be so counter-intuitive!

Just double click on it in the left pane and type in the new name.
