How do I export and import a single text conversation

Hello,

I have a friend who deleted our text conversation. Now she wants it back. I told her I'd figure out a way to export our conversation from my phone, send the file to her, then she can import it and get the conversation back. Is this possible? How can I do this?

It is not really possible.

Screenshots are the cleanest way to see it again. You could also copy and paste the individual text messages into a document, for a text version.

Either way, she will not have the conversation back.
