Limewire prob. Help please.

Well, everytime i try to download something form limwire, for movies, it always shows windows media format.

Since it's window's media, i can't download it. I could, but it wouldn't let me watch anything. And it wouldn't let me add the movie to my itunes video list.

So my question is, how do i change the format to realone or itunes format?

please answer somebody.
