I have an iPod 6th generation 160gbs that reset itself and wiped everything out. I was adding music and disconnected as usual and all of a sudden it said it needed to be restored and it then restored itself. I hadn’t backed it up so I was wondering if everything i had is completely lost or is there a way i can retrieve everything i lost? Nothing was on iCloud or in my iTunes library, it’s like everything just literally disappeared. Any help would be appreciated!

Unfortunately it is all gone.

This is why you should always have your iPod music in iTunes and I also recommend backups of iTunes separate from the computer with iTunes.
