Help please!! my sound doesn't work

i can't hear the music on my video ipod. i've tried 3 different head phones and something is definetly wrong with the ipod. what do i do???

Reset, restore etc. Then click on this

looks like you have a problem. You'll have to visit an apple store (make an appointment first) or send your pod in.
