H.264 Audio Problems

So I have installed iTunes 6 as well as QuickTime Pro 7 but when I try to play my H.264 videos i downloaded off of apples site, the video comes up crystal clear, while my audio seems very fuzzy, and off. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
