I tried putting an Aux Input into my stock Kia HU. That didn't work, so to get better reception w/ my iCarPlay Plus I'm just going to unplug my antenna.

I'm gonna unplug it in the trunk so if I want it back it it will be easier than taking the dash apart and plugging it back into the HU. But you could also buy an antenna extension for like $5 and hook that up to the back of the HU so its easier.

this works very well...i unpluged my antenna last weekend and now i can use just about any station w/o interference. even traveling across states

this is an easy option for people who can't or don't want to replace factory radios. and prevously have had bad luck w/ fm transmitters
