From 15gb to new mini quick quistion

Just updated from 3gen ipod15gb to the 4gb mini.. Bought agent18 minisheild like it for the most part but cant put in my Inmotion setup without taking it off.. Any I want to know if you can have itunes just check certin artists and only update mini with those artists or do i have to go and check everytime i download new music for differnt artists..I would like to just check certin artists and have it always update with that content..I know it maybe simple i just usally update all...Thanks in advance ohh yea here is a pic of my new baby...{edit} wont let me post pics says im not an established member..

Create a smart playlist, and have the iPod update from that smart playlist. You can create one with artist is (blank). That way, it'll update with only that artist. You'll have to synch just to the playlists you select though.
