Does anyone know how to add music to a different iTunes library from the iPhone?

At this point, I don't believe you can. The iPhone lacks any kind of disk mode, so you can't access the files on it directly, and this will negate the ability of any of the usual third-party tools to do this for you.

The best you'd be able to do is use the "Transfer Purchases" option to transfer music you've purchased back to another computer that is authorized for the same iTunes Store account.
