Hello folks,

The background,
My son has special needs and I would like to have an app to address certain issues. I have searched up and down iTunes store but found none that will address his needs.

My cousin is new to android app development and she has never done so for iOS but willing to put some time and effort for us. I have to figure out if she develops such app, is it possible to put it on iPad (1st Gen) without listing it in App store? If yes, how can it be done? I don't want to end up in a situation where she takes time to develop the app and it turns out that such thing is not allowed. The iPad is not jailbroken (but I am willing to do it if thats what is needed, its not under warranty anymore anyways).

Thanks in advance.

Actually you can do that. One way is you can jailbreak your iPad for using third party apps. There are many youtube video tutorial, just google it. This way is not supported by apple. Another way is create an Enterprise Developer Account. Which will charge you. Hope this information help you. :D
