Canadian iTunes Music Store Download Speed?

Hey folks, just got the iTunes Music Store in Canada, and am so far loving it. Just got one question.

It seems that my downloads are deadly slow. I downloaded a program to monitor my bandwidth and it says i am downloading at 50kb/s. Um... That seems really slow? What do others usually get? Is that normal? With my internet connection, I can max out at 250kb/s (DSL), but usually get around 150 as an average.

Any thoughts on this? lol.

I'm not sure what my d/l speed is, but it does (or at least did) seem very slow.

I have high-speed extreme internet, which is lightning fast on most applications.

I have noticed the speed has improved quite a bit in the last couple of days though, so it may be just a tweaking thing for Apple. It is still less than a week old after all.
