I just have one more question. I like watch and fall asleep watching some groups of vids one after another in a certain order. Like a TV show. The LGsmartTV does it correctly it puts the videos in order by name but the blu Ray doesn’t do that. I think it plays them in the order that it was created and put in the pin drive. Is there a way you can tell you device in what order you’d like to watch your videos? rather you watch the by order of title (which I prefer) or or by date of created? You computer had that feature, I would think it’s only right for your device to have that feature too.

You would have to look at the options on the BluRay player to see if there was something to alter. Change the file listing to sort by name for example.

Your other alternative is to alter the dates of the files into date order the order you want to play. This is tedious, but can be done.

Well, as they say, “You want it done quick or you want it done right?”

I will say this too. Another reason why I converted to MKV in the first place before was its a lot smaller and takes up less room and you can store more on a pin drive. I found that I had to get 32GB pindrive. For group of vids that only took up about 60% of a 16GB as MKV. But no...all devices want to back to playing only big clunky MP4s. Another reason why I’m not a fan of what they are doing.

This is where H.265 can help a bit, as it can compress a video up to 30% and still be an mp4 file.
