Buzz on high notes

I have a red 8GB nano. I've noticed a buzz on certain higher notes. It happens with the stock earbuds and my other set, and it happens when it's playing through speakers. I don't hear the buzz when I play those songs on iTunes. I loaded one of them on my husband's mini and I didn't hear it. Now, this is the second nano I've had--I had the same problem with another, brought it back to the Apple store and they gave me a new one with no problem. Is this a common issue? Any suggestions other than bringing this one back, too?
