Auto upload to MS One Drive

My phone is automatically uploading my photos to iCloud. Is there a way to change this to my One Drive where I have way more storage space ?

No, Apple doesn’t play well with others. (the others [Microsoft, Adobe…] don’t play well with others either).

Even if you did use a PC to automatically move the photos from iCloud to OneDrive the Photos app wouldn’t see them.
