The converter is known as "MPEG 4 DIRECT MAKER". The company which makes it, offers a free trial for 30 days I think..., and then you have to pay for it :(

But, when I used it, I noticed no loss in picture quality or any audio syncing problems. It's flawless! The only problem with the trial though is that it inserts its logo "ARTECH365" at the bottom of the video, but it's transparent and tiny so it doesnt make that big a difference. But, I really reccomend it. The speeds are also decent, which makes it the best MPEG4 converter I have ever come across.

What is the benefit to using this software as compared to a combination of DVD Decryptor and the Videora to iPod converter?
