Hey all,

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but I simply cannot find the answer. Does the Apple TV require that you have a high definetion TV in order to use? I have not upgraded my TV yet and do not plan to until christmas of this year, but would love to utilize the Apple TV. I read your TV had to have special jacks other than the standard audio/video ones, but I can't imagine Apple would limit their sales to those only with newer TV's. If they did, thats a pretty poor decision. Anyone know the answer? I just cant find it. There seems to be contrary information.

I was just looking it up online, yeah it looks like it only supports TVs with Component and HDMI connections. People with older tvs will not be able to take advantage of the apple tv, until they upgrade there televisions. That's really weird wow.
