Any way to upgrade to 4.8 without internet connection on the comp that has iTunes??

I guess my title was pretty self explainatory but is there any way to upgrade to 4.8 on my comp that dosent have internet. I can download the 4.8 and transfer it to my comp with iTunes but I dont want to re-import all my songs, smarts,......

For those who are confused:

Computer 1
Has iPod and iTunes
Has No Internet
Dosent want to reload all songs on to 4.8

Computer 2
has no need for iTunes
Has internet
can transfer data to computer 1
