Yesterday, I got the first scratch on my red nano--opening a new Agent 18 shock kit case. Any time you want to switch between plain case, belt clip and arm band, you have to open the case and try to slide the nano out of the back. According to the instructions, you need to use a coin to pop the front and back apart. Seemed to me a good way to end up scratchind the nano--and it was. Now, it's a teeny scratch, but it seems ironic that it happened as a result of trying to protect it. In the future, I'll try to wrap a thin cloth over the coin. The other problem is that it's next thing to impossible to slide the nano out of any of the backs, so it's not easy to switch. I like to listen to the nano in the car (where it needs to lie flat, so plain case or naked), then change to arm band or belt clip at the gym, then back to the car. This is no easy matter. It almost seems best to choose one configuation and stick with it, but that's not what I want. I like flexibility. It appears to be a tough case, but best for someone who wants to put it on once and leave it on.
