ABC/CBS/FOX steaming on apple tv?

my wife likes to watch NCIS on CBS but as we have a google tv now we can't do that (google angered the big tv networks and now content is blocked from g-tv's)
can apple tv units stream content from places like NCIS on CBS.com

No, it can't. The AppleTV doesn't have a built-in internet browser. It can stream content only from specific built-in apps, specific Macs running OS X 10.8 and/or iTunes 10+, or certain iOS devices. So you could do it if you had a Mac that has the display AirPlay mirroring feature. So unless you have one of those options, you will have to rely on hooking a real computer up to your TV.
