Actually, it's a huge number, when you consider the obvious:
This is out of the tiny number of people who researched it, who even know this Web site exists, and who found THIS thread on THIS Web site. You've already eliminated a good 99.9999 percent of iPod owners, many of whom barely understand how to use the device let alone troll iPod fan sites.
And to top that off, almost everyone will assume it's their headphones, and the blame will never make it back to where it belongs: the iPod itself.
So now reflect on how few people will ever figure it out.
And Apple is sure to capitalize on that, just as they've avoided doing anything about the song-skipping problem that has plagued every full-sized iPod since day 1.
