Just when I thought all was ok its frozen up whilst playing a video, none of the buttons seem to work. What can i do to switch it off. Plugged in USB and nothing happen on iPod or PC. Please help me!

Has anyone else noticed if you fast forward too much it freezes and then takes you back to the main menu? Can someone check if its just mine or an iPod fault. (Sorry for reposting this in here, no-one appears to use other part of forum)
