Is there any point to getting a shuffle case, theres no screen to protect, and even if its dunked underwater it SHOULD recover after drying out (dont hold me up on this) if oyu want a bracelet then buy one, but dont try and keep the shuffle pristene cos really it scraches on anything keys...

Do not buy a headphone splitter for the shuffle, unless you have very low power usage headphones (the airtight seal ones) otherwise the shuffle will not be able to power them, and will keep cutting out on the louder or bassier notes. (or is it diffrent on the uncapped american shuffle?)

ive got a shuflle, and i recently found a headphones spiltter, i tried it but was dissapointed. Even when turned to a low volume it would cut out on louder notes. Is this just because of ineffecent headphones or splitter?

What the shuffle needs is a line out and one of those things on the top that let you use headphones that change track ect.

If you have a powerd usb hub you can just use it to charge the shuffle, ive heard you can also use the USB on a games console(?). and finally a flashing orange 'do not disconnect' light usually means its charging, this means that it cannot find the ipod software but it doesnt stop the charging.:D
