    Charging issu ipod Classic 7th gen

    My ipod will charge on firewire but not usb. I have a second ipod Classic 7th gen that charges on usb and the first one used to I can still use usb to upload audio. I can charge with fire wire only. does this mean there is a fault with the ipod? How can I get it to charge on usb like it used to?
