    not able to transfer songs

    when i try to transfer song from music to ipod a msg comes up showing itunes could not copy "song name" to "ipod" because an unknow error occured(-50). and i also not able to restore and check for update. please reply on my topic as quick as possible beacuse could leave without mah apple ipod...
