Air video, it's $3 in the app store and is a video converting & hosting server.
You can remotely add videos to the conversion que. You can also stream video to your iOS device. I have this and love it & for $3 you can't go wrong. They have a free version so you can at least check the quality Sent from my iPad 2 using Tapatalk
