Can't convert particular video

I've had great success ripping DVD's (DVD Decrypter) and converting from .vob to mp4 using Videora. Done the Lord of the Rings films amongst others.
However, I have tried to convewrt 3 DVD's of Star Wars and it just won't work. I can get the mp4 onto the ipod, hear the soundtrack but the screen is grey/white as though the resolution is all wrong. Just streaky lines etc.
I have tried different settings such as 320x180, framerate 29.97 but video just isn't happening. The same happens when I play the converted mp4 in iTunes/WMP etc.

I have no trouble ripping the DVD to PC in .vob format and viewing it.

Any idea? :-(

I think set the resolution fit for your ipod will be okay

What model of iPod are you using? It might also be worth trying to convert them using Handbrake and see if you have any better results. The "Universal" pre-set in Handbrake should give you the best quality for most iPod models, although if you're still using a fifth-generation iPod you'll need to use the "iPod Legacy" preset instead.
