are there are windows ipod video converts out there that can convert to 640x480 (H.264) like VISUAL HUB and is there any way to get VISUAL HUB to run on windows through any emulation software?

If you want that particular resolution then check the website first to see if the developer has updated the software to convert vids to that resolution. Not all have updated there software as of yet.
