A friend of mine at Motorola received their test unit of the phone last week. It's a white colored version of this phone motorola.com/mot/doc/1/1211_MotDoc.pdf with an iTunes navigation key.

Um...Who's actually interested in one? I think it's bigger of a fashion statement if you say you have an iPod instead of a...Phone/iPod/Camera/Rice Cooker/Blender

I would buy one if it was clamshell in design. I love the Motorola Pebl v6 design. I could see that becoming the formfactor for a true iPhone.
It would need a large enough external lcd that displayed the music info while playing, at least 1gb of built-in flash memory, buttons on the side for previous, next, and play/pause, a mini clickwheel instead of a directional pad that scrolled through menus and clicked for select. Also it would need a truly mobile version of iTunes on it with the ability to buy songs on the phone for the same price as online.
