SpeckProducts just released a new "rugged" case for the ipod. it has a clickwheel protector but not a screen protector. lread this Q&A from their site.

Q. Do the skins have a screen protector, or is the screen area left open?

A. The screen area is left open. If you are concerned about screen scratches, you can simply cut a square of plastic from the package the skin comes with. There is a groove around the screen cutout that will keep your plastic screen protector in place! We don't currently include screen protection to keep our prices low. A 'homemade' screen protector works just as well as one purchased, and its free!

if you ask me, paying $20 for a case you should get a screen protector with it. not have to cut one out of its packing

Agreed, and for few more dollars (or less, as the case may be) there are cases that come with built-in screen protectors. What's the case matreial made from?
